The fight will be fierce.
Already this Sunday, May 18, Poland will hold presidential elections.
The IBRiS poll results show that the battle for the presidency will be fierce, especially between the two main candidates - Civic Coalition representative Rafalem Trzaskowski and Law and Justice candidate Karol Nawrocki. The two will almost certainly face off in a runoff scheduled for June 1, writes onet.pl.
Trzaskowski can expect to win the first round of the presidential election with 32.6 percent. Navrocki's support is declared by 26.4 percent of the survey participants. The difference between the politicians is 6.2 percent.
In third place in the poll is Slavomir Mentzen, leader of the Confederation party, who has 10.8 percent of the vote.
Fourth place went to Magdalena Beyat from the Left, who enjoys the support of 6 percent of Poles. Longtime Polish Sejm speaker Szymon Golownia, who now has 5.3 percent support.
Following in fourth place in the campaign are Adrian Zandberg (3.4 percent.)), Grzegorz Braun (2.7 percent.), Krzysztof Stanowski (1.6 percent.), Joanna Senyszyn (1.5 percent.), Marek Jakubiak (1 percent.).
The high percentage of undecideds is worth noting. 8% of Poles surveyed could not name their candidate.
