In Minsk Massively Celebrated Graduation From Universities

Without Lukashenko, but with scarlet sails.

On June 20th , several thousand university graduates celebrated the end of their studies at the Palace of Sports in Minsk. One third of the former students were not from the capital. Artists and Minister of Education Andrzej Ivanets performed in front of them, writes "Zerkalo".

About 3 thousand university graduates from all regions of the country participated in the holiday "The Best Graduation". About 2 thousand from Minsk, almost a thousand came from the regions.

Speaking to former students, the head of the Ministry of Education Ivanets repeatedly quoted Lukashenka, and also explained what the dictator's announced June 20 "fine-tuning" of education means. According to Ivaniets, it's about "improving the activity of master's degree programs in our country" - a meeting with Lukashenko on this topic will be held within a month.

It should be noted that when Lukashenko's youngest son Nikolai was in school, the dictator made changes in the system of secondary education. Now, when he started talking about higher education and master's degree, Nikolai is in the last years of university.

Besides him, MC ADAHOVSKI, DJ ELLAY, DJ BUDDHAUNIQUE, performer Shir with the show-ballet "Fairy" and cover band "Razgar" performed from the stage at the Palace of Sports.

The evening culminated with a light and pyrotechnic show - ships with scarlet sails sailed along Svisloch.

A total of 43 thousand people graduated from universities in Belarus in 2025.
